McDonald's in Mulheim-Karlich

For several years I have noticed that the quality (at McDonalds is difficult anyway) continues to deteriorate, plus staff that are often very difficult to understand at the drive in (may be due to the system for speaking) but unfortunately I would often forget sauces and the last time I noticed at home that I didn't get two burgers that I ordered. Unfortunately. There were times when it was really okay here.

Best McDonald's I've seen in Germany: a customer forgot something- Personel immediately ran after the customer and gave something else. We were also looked after very quickly and with the courtesy! Sorry for my German.

Corona regulations were adhered to, only the service was slightly confused. Has only included 1 serving with four orders and forgot the fork and sauce with the salad. But everyone can have a bad day.

Incredible!!! Were here yesterday, October 6th, 2020. Nobody cares that the necessary personal data for contact tracing is given. Never again here.

We were there on Saturday evening, food was ready very quickly ... However, we noticed that the tables are neither wiped nor disinfected after leaving. There are no contact forms that are otherwise known from the catering industry. Do fast food chains have other requirements than restaurants?

Rarely seen such a dirty and badly organized McDonalds ....... Ordered, half cooked wrong or forgotten, but nuggets and fries cold and no one was in front of us. Toilets and tables dirty and that with Corona and hardly any guests ....... Shame on you.....

Quick service

Arrived at 11:50 am, wanted to order a burger menu from the machine. "Not possible at this time." Who wants breakfast at 11:50 am in the middle of the week?

I have been here quite a few times in the last month and each and every time the staff have been unfriendly. They do not smile, are unwilling to help and seem like they don't want to be there. They seem very moody. We also couldn't order the things we wanted on the machines (these being simple mcflurry's) One woman didn't even want to help us when we asked if we could have a straw for a milkshake as we wasn't given one in the first place

McDonald like everyone else. Parking clean as well as the sanitary facilities. Staff not very friendly. Good afternoon and goodbye is clearly too much to ask. Unfortunately.

Clean restaurant with friendly staff. Food was fresh and delivered to the table quickly. Great tasting coffee. Busy place but lots of parking available. Like the electrical and cell phone charging outlets at each table. Definitely recommend.
